Paket saya dikirim tanggal 1 April 2017, kemudian pada tanggal 2 April 2017 saat saya cek resi jne ternyata barang sudah masuk ke Warehouse Gudang JNE di Bandarlampung. Setahu saya ketika paket sudah sampai di kantor JNE maka bisa diambil langsung tanpa harus menunggu kurir mengirim ke alamat yang ditulis dalam paket. Tapi saat saya cek resi ternyata di tracking detail muncul status “hold for further instruction“. Status seperti ini berarti paket kita belum bisa dikirimkan karena alasan tertentu, mungkin karena paket sampai di hari minggu maka belum bisa di antar ke alamat.
